Invigorating Tropical Salad Creme
2 Tablespoons Peanut butter
1 ½ Tablespoons of Jaggery (or honey)
120 ml (½ Cup) Olive oil
10-15 ml (1Tablespoon) Soy sauce
1 large Garlic clove
120 ml (½ Cup) Home made pineapple vinegar
OR
A 50/50 mix of orange juice and commercial vinegar
Crush the jaggery (unrefined palm or cane sugar) and put it in a blender with other ingredients, or shake the ingredients in a jar
Refrigerate and use with any fresh salad vegetables
