Hearty Pea Soup

This hearty pea soup is prepared with Kassler chops, smoked sausages (Mettenden), legumes and other healthy

and satisfying ingredients. I have fond memories to my childhood when we all lived in my Grandparents home and enjoyed mostly traditional German meals. This recipe is dedicated to my Granny.
