Yogurt Mint Sauce

I use this yogurt mint sauce for my indian carrot salad but it can be used as a versatile  condiment to accompany stewed veggies and many fried meats.

Ingredients
for
Yogurt Mint Sauce

  • 1 cup full cream yogurt
  • 20 fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste 



Directions

  • Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well with a whisk or a fork
  • Serve immediately or cover with a lid and let sauce mature in the fridge for up to 24 hours
