This Swordfish salad is quick and easy to prepare, and a healthy and tasty low carb meal. When it comes to seafood salads many people go for the tuna option and I wanted to follow this trend today. However when I arrived at our trusted fish shop there was no fresh tuna available. As I didn't want to use precooked tinned tuna I decided to use another fresh fish instead. Of those fish on offer I picked a nice swordfish steak. The meat is firm and without bones. I usually stay away from fish that take an eternity to debone. I quickly acquired some soft, ready to eat Avocados and a few ripe organic tomatoes before I headed home.
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: at least 5 minutes
Resting time: 0 minutes
Total time needed: at least 20 minutes
