Smoked tofu salad is a vegan delicacy brimming with interesting flavors and health benefits. The dish is quick and easy to make and can serve as side dish as well as
a main course. Apart from the tofu it basically consists of pineapple, broccoli, sweet corn, mushrooms, a little extra virgin olive oil and a yogurt based french salad dressing.

Resting time: 0 minutes
Total time needed: at least 20 minutes
