Mamas cucumber soup is not only very delicious it is as well a cooking recipe that is quick and easy to prepare and a healthy vegetarian dish that can be used as a
starter as well as a main dish if accompanied by some slices of fresh bread of your choice.
When people talk about cucumbers they nearly exclusively visualize them as being part of a freshly made salad and this is only natural because they really fit in beautifully with many colorful and tasty salad recipes. However they work as well as the main ingredient in soup recipes.

It is really so quick and easy to prepare and is so tasty that it makes both a great meal on any given day as well as a colorful addition to the menu on special occasions with family and friends.
