This Weisswurst radish salad is a combination of very different flavors that work beautifully together and result in an unusual but really satisfying and tasty dish.
Weisswurst (white sausage) is a traditional German (Bavarian) sausage that is usually eaten with Brezeln / Pretzels and sweet mustard. The sausages have traditionally been made from veal meat but in recent times there are as well pork sausages in Weisswurst style available. In this salad recipe we use a dressing made with sweet mustard olive oil and white wine vinegar which adds to the satisfying taste and appearance.
